Former Everton and Arsenal marksman Kevin Campbell believes that Everton should cash in on 21-year-old striker Moise Kean in the summer window.
Kean, who enjoyed a productive spell on loan at PSG last season, has seen interest from the Parisians regarding a second year away rebuffed from Rafa Benitez.
The newly appointed Toffees boss has no desire to sanction a Goodison Park departure for the youngster, who scored 17 goals and added an assist to his name in his time in the French capital.
With 13 of his goals coming in Ligue 1 and a further 3 in the Champions League, Kean found a place in a competitive front line boasting options such as Mauro Icardi and Kylian Mbappe.
Comparatively, Kean only managed 4 goals in 37 Premier League outings for the Toffees.
Having failed to light up the Premier League, Campbell has endorsed the young hitman for a move away – raising vital funds for Everton in the process.
Speaking to Goodison News [via the Liverpool Echo], the former Everton ace claimed:
“He looked the business in Italy, came over here and can’t do the job, but on loan at Paris Saint-Germain, he’s ripping it up.
“He scored plenty of goals, but it’s unfortunate for Everton. The money is good, they have deep pockets so you make a premium on a player who didn’t quite work out.”

With a form record in France that suggests a striker on the ascendency, Benitez faced a stick-or-twist scenario with Kean.
Benitez’ stance is clear; in refusing to sanction Kean’s exit, the tactician clearly feels Kean has unfinished business in an Everton shirt.
That stance is far from concrete and a hypothetically lucrative bid could be too good to ignore, but as it stands one fact remains clear – Kean remains Everton’s asset.
