Roberto Martinez hopes to get upcoming academy graduate Tyias Browning out on loan at a Championship club this summer, in order to give the youngster some valuable playing time.
The versatile centre-half is in line to make a season long switch to Brentford, who have had past transfer dealings with Everton- last season the Bees signed striker Chris Long from the Premier League side.
Another team interested in the Goodison Park youngster are Queens Park Rangers. Chris Ramsey’s side look to rebuild the squad following relegation from the top flight. Browning may be the man to help rebuild a defence which has lost Rio Ferdinand and Richard Dunne due to contract expirations.
Bolton Wanderers and Cardiff City are also rumoured to be interested in signing the 21-year-old.
Browning has made just the two appearance for the Toffees’ senior side. Back in last September, he replaced Tony Hibbert in the 1-1 draw with arch-rivals Liverpool at Anfield, while he also faced Manchester United in a 2-1 away defeat in October.
He has also represented England at Under 17, U19 and U21 level.
