Everton – Bournemouth – My Eleven

Everton – Bournemouth – My Eleven

The game against Stoke, granted it was frustrating at the time, generated a good point from what were difficult circumstances at the Brittania. Stoke took what could have been a defining lead early on, and frankly, were the better team during an opening exchange in which Everton’s chances were scarce and far from handsome.

With Peter Crouch set up for his 100th Premier League goal, there was never another outcome than what happened early on. Everton and all that.

But we recovered from the goal, pushed on – if somewhat half-heartedly- and gathered ourselves enough in the second half. Not a one for the Season Review, but a decent point nonetheless.

Bournemouth now, and all the fun that comes with.

We don’t like playing Bournemouth, what with them being a horrendously awkward unit to set up against. That, and what happened at their place a few years back.

But we’re on a good run. Gueye’s back. Lookman’s looking good. Davies is still boss. Barkley’s getting there. Everything’s coming up Everton.

2-1 Bournemouth.

Team.
