Everton are reportedly eyeing up a move for Aston Villa star Jack Grealish, following the Villans 1-0 loss to Fulham in the Championship Play-Off Final, according to The Mirror.
The defeat at Wembley mean Villa need to sell some star players, following concerns over Financial Fair Play.
This is due to the fact that certain players, including Scott Hogan and Mile Jedinak are currently on £2m per year to play at Villa Park.
Micah Richards and Ross McCormack have also been paid large amounts of money by Villa but have not made a single appearance for the club this season.
Therefore, Steve Bruce will have to let go of a few key players in order to avoid further trouble for Villa with Financial Fair Play.
John Terry has already left the club, while loan signings such as Lewis Grabban and Robert Snodgrass have returned to their parent clubs.
However, Grealish being sold could help get Villa get further out of trouble.
Everton are reportedly interested in bringing him to the Premier League, but are not alone, with West Ham and Leicester City also keeping a keen eye on him.
