Everton player ratings: West Brom (A)

Everton continued their unbeaten run under new manager Sam Allardyce with a goalless draw against West Bromwich Albion at the Hawthorns.

The Baggies 18 match winless run continued on Boxing Day, as they were unable to breach the Toffees goal. Albion started with the better of the chances, but Jordan Pickford was able to ease the pressure for Everton.

Everton had their chances but were second best for the majority of the game. Oumar Niasse could’ve won it for Everton in the last minute but for a save from Albion keeper Ben Foster.

The game saw the return of Yannick Bolasie to the Everton team after over a year out with a knee ligament injury. The DR Congo international was unable to make much of an impact on his first game back however, and was substituted.

The result leaves Everton ninth in the table, whilst West Brom still languish in the relegation zone, without a win since the second game of the season.

Here is how we rated the Everton players after the Boxing Day draw with West Brom.
