Everton boss Marco Silva will reject any offers for midfielder Joe Williams during the January transfer window, the Liverpool Echo reports.
The 22-year-old is currently impressing during his loan spell with Championship side Bolton Wanderers and has attracted interest from a number of clubs.
Bristol City have reportedly made an attempt to sign the midfielder on loan with an option to buy at the end of the season, though Silva has turned the approach down.
This is the second January transfer window in a row that Williams has been subject to a move away from Goodison, with Barnsley having a £1million bid turned down in 2018.

According to the Liverpool Echo, the Everton boss is planning to bring Williams into the first team during pre-season ahead of the 2019/20 campaign.
The combative midfielder has made 19 appearances for Phil Parkinson’s side this season but is currently injured with a thigh problem which could see him sidelined for up to a month, and delay any potential move.
Though Williams has been a key player for Parkinson this season, he was said to be keen on a move to Bristol City given Bolton’s current battle against relegation.
The Trotters are currently 22nd in the Championship, four points adrift of safety.
