A disappointing Tuesday Night, wasn’t it?
We’re out of that cup now, so it’s time to redirect our focus back to the league as we travel to the south coast to play Bournemouth.
Many will remember last year’s affair, as Barkley netted the winner deep into added time, but then, in true Martinez style, Barkley’s ‘winner’ didn’t get us all three points. Less said about that one the better.
It’s been a turbulent time ever since, as Ross is on the cusp of losing all faith with the Gwladys, Martinez has been sacked and Koeman has been appointed.
If we remember back to last year’s game at the Vitality Stadium, it was a game we needed to win as we battled through a very tough start in the league and things were actually going OK. However, as the ‘easy run’ began, Everton stuttered and stumbled at every corner.
Anyway, that’s over and done with. We have Koeman in charge now and we’re good again. Here’s how I reckon we’ll line up…
