Free agent Jack Rodwell is currently training with Everton as he looks to build his fitness ahead of finding a club for next season.
Rodwell has been without a team since he was released by Sunderland earlier this year.
The midfielder played three times for Sunderland last season, scoring once, as they were relegated to League One – a year after their relegation from the Premier League.
According to The Mirror, Everton have allowed Rodwell to join them in training until he is able to find himself a new club.

The 27-year-old began his career at Goodison Park, making over 100 appearances before his big money move to Manchester City in 2012.
He went on to play 25 times for Manchester City in his two seasons at The Etihad, with his only two goals coming against Norwich on the final day of the 2012/13 campaign.
The former England international featured for Watford in pre-season last month but failed to earn a deal with the Premier League outfit.
