Juventus considering Kean sale – but would the forward be a success at Everton?

Everton have been handed a major boost in their pursuit of Juventus’ Moise Kean – but would the forward be a success at Goodison Park?

According to Italian outlet Corriere dello Sport, cited by Inside Futbol, the Italian giants are considering selling the powerful forward following his recent behaviour with the Italy Under-21 side.

Kean and Nicolo Zaniolo were late for a team meeting and were left out of Italy’s squad to face Belgium on Saturday, with Juve officials left unimpressed by the striker’s behaviour.

The report claims that the Italian giants, who were planning on extending the 19-year-old’s stay in Turin to 2024, are now considering rethinking their original plans.

The Toffees have been in contact with Juventus in recent weeks regarding the highly-rated striker, and may now firm up their initial interest.

Kean is regarded as a future star and has already featured heavily in Juventus’ first-team.

The teenager made 17 appearances last season, scoring seven times, and could prove to be the type of forward Everton boss Marco Silva is after.

Kean appears to have a real eye for goal, something lacking at Goodison Park in recent years.

The Italian has also caught the eye with his powerful displays and appears to have similar qualities to former Toffees striker Romelu Lukaku.

A move for the forward may well come at a price, however, it may well be one Silva decides to pursue following the latest developments.
