Everton have agreed a fee with Norwich City for Steven Naismith, according to the Guardian.
The Canaries are willing to pay £8million for the 29-year-old forward, after he fell down the pecking order at Goodison Park.
Naismith has only started in the Premier League four times this season, but did score a memorable perfect hat-trick against Chelsea.
The Scottish international has interest in him from a variety of Premier League clubs, but Alex Neil’s men are the favourites for his signature.
Norwich did have an £8million bid for the Scottish international rejected in the summer, but Roberto Martinez is happy for the former Rangers man to leave Merseyside.

With Arouna Kone and Gerard Deulofeu being the first-choice widemen and Ross Barkley and Romelu Lukaku both having impressive seasons, Naismith has found his gametime limited and is looking for regular minutes on the pitch as he nears 30.
Sunderland, Swansea City, Aston Villa and Newcastle United are all reportedly interested in the forward, and it remains to be seen where he ends up in January.
