So would Rabiot be a good signing for Everton?

It certainly makes perfect sense for the Toffees to pursue a move for the midfielder, who is available on a free contract with his PSG deal set to expire next month.
And Rabiot would be somewhat of a coup for Everton should they land the midfielder, given how the likes of United, Barcelona, rivals Liverpool and Tottenham have all been eyeing a move for the 24-year-old.
Though his wages may be rather inflated due to the money at the disposal of the Ligue 1 giants, the Frenchman is a highly talented player and could help the Toffees mount a return to the Europa League.

Rabiot has played 227 times for PSG in all competitions, including the Champions League, and his experience would certainly help the Toffees in both their push for Europe, and indeed if they make it back into the Europa League.
The versatile 24-year-old can also play in a number of roles within central midfield, and it is easy to understand why Barca after so interested in him due to his passing ability.
His height and physicality will help him adapt to the Premier League quickly, though the midfielder’s temperament on and off the pitch has been called into question numerous times during his career.
However, Rabiot would clearly be a fine piece of business should Everton pip the likes of United to his signature, and appears to have the quality and experience the Toffees need to help them push for European football once again.
