Team news

Moyes is expected to continue rotating his squad as Everton edge closer to the start of the Premier League season.

Summer arrivals including Hayden Hackney, Tyrique George and Merlin Röhl will all hope for further minutes, while supporters could also see more of several academy players after they featured during pre-season. This week’s signing, Christian Norgaard, is not expected to feature.

Travelling supporters: getting to the MHP Arena

Everton have been allocated 2,989 tickets for the trip, including four pairs of wheelchair spaces, with the away end housed in the Unterturkheim curve behind blocks 61–65.

For fans making their way to the ground, the Stuttgart Stadtbahn is the most straightforward option. The U1 service runs to Mercedesstraße, a short walk from the stadium, while a special U11 service operates on matchdays direct to NeckarPark. The S-Bahn is also an option, with the S1 line running to NeckarPark and the S2/S3 services stopping at Bad Cannstatt, around 20 minutes’ walk away. Bus 56 also runs from the city centre — supporters are advised to check the number carefully, as no other route serves the ground.
