Digne scores stunning free-kick in Lincoln win - Fan Reactions

Several Everton fans have taken to Twitter to praise Lucas Digne after his stunning free-kick against Lincoln City on Wednesday evening.

The left-back fired a free-kick into the top corner from about 30 yards out to level the score at 1-1 against the Imps, with the home side having gone ahead inside 30 seconds of the game.

Everton equalised shortly before half-time, while Gylfi Sigurdsson scored from the penalty spot on the hour mark to give the Toffees the lead.

Bruno Andrade equalised for Lincoln with a superb volleyed strike not long after, but Everton got back in front again with ten minutes remaining, with Alex Iwobi nodding in after Cenk Tosun got to the by-line to head across goal.

Richarlison compounded the victory with minutes to go, firing an angled headed shot past goalkeeper Grant Smith following a pinpoint crossed delivery from Digne.

With Everton in the hat for the next round, where they will face Sheffield Wednesday at Hillsborough, a number of fans took to social media to share their appreciation for Digne and his fantastic goal.
