As another day goes by, we have another Cenk Tosun related transfer story, with Besiktas again linked with the forward.
The Turkey international has been frequently linked with an Everton exit over the past few months, with the striker struggling for game time at Goodison Park.
Tosun is behind Moise Kean, Dominic Calvert-Lewin and Richarlison in the pecking order, and with Euro 2020 coming up soon, the 28-year will be desperate for minutes in order to solidify his place for Turkey.

While recent reports have seen Tosun’s name linked to Valencia, as well as a move to Italy being mooted, Turkish Super Lig side Besiktas are another in the running.
That is according to Aksam (via Sport Witness), who claim that Besiktas are finally ready to move for the Everton man to partner Burak Yilmaz in Istanbul.
Besiktas want to bolster their squad in order to keep up with league rivals, and the club believe that former star Tosun, who they sold to Everton in 2018, could be the man to help them do that.

At this point it is impossible to discern which clubs are actually interested in Tosun, such has there been so many reports about interested parties.
Tosun came on against Watford last night, assisting Richarlison’s goal and Everton’s second in their 2-0 win over the Hornets, so he hasn’t been completely removed from the first-team squad like Oumar Niasse has.
However it doesn’t look likely that he’ll play much more than the odd brief appearance this season, and I would definitely still bank on him leaving in January. Where to, and in what type of deal though, I have absolutely no idea at this point.
