Everton have again been linked with Juventus midfielder Adrien Rabiot as per Corriere dello Sport [via Sport Witness], having been previously touted for a move for the Frenchman in the summer.
Rabiot’s opportunities in Turin have not always been abundant, but the 25-year-old has enjoyed a minor resurgence under current Bianconeri manager Andrea Pirlo and is seeing more minutes afforded to him.
Left out of a recent Serie A game against Udinese, he returned on Wednesday in the crucial 3-1 win over Milan, where he played the full 90 minutes in a crunch result in the Serie A title race.
Pirlo has previously opened up on the positive reinforcement he offers Rabiot, claiming that he finds himself frequently reminding the 25-year-old that he is a ‘champion’ and is keen to see a self-belief and a sporting arrogance in the midfielder’s play.
However, the club is keen to raise funds and Corriere dello Sport claimed [via Sport Witness] that Rabiot is one of two players for whom Juventus are ‘prepared’ to listen to offers ahead of a possible sale.
It is claimed that Everton are ‘still going after’ the France international, as Carlo Ancelotti is the manager who ignited his fledgling career at Paris Saint-Germain and is familiar with his talent.

A deal for Rabiot makes much more sense for Everton than older targets such as Sami Khedira.
At just 25 years of age, the Frenchman should have some of his best years ahead of him whilst still possessing a good degree of experience with European giants PSG and Juventus.
A French international, few would deny that Rabiot has a degree of quality – it is simply a question of whether Ancelotti could get the best out of him if he were to team up with his old boss at Goodison Park.
