£50m forward prompts Everton fan opinion with latest message

Everton fans have reacted to a social media post from forward Richarlison, who tweeted the lyrics to a fan chant about himself.

The Brazilian moved to Goodison Park in 2018 from Premier League rivals Watford for a fee of £35, rising to £50, and he has since gone on to become a fan favourite at the Merseyside club.

Prior to his arrival at Everton, Richarlison began his career in his homeland, starting with America Mineiro, before a spell with Fluminense.

Netting an impressive 14 goals in all competitions last season, the 22-year-old has improved on that form this time round, netting 12 goals with a number of games still left to play.

Such good form has prompted interest from a number of European clubs, including La Liga giants Barcelona, who were reported to have made a bid in January worth £85m.

Remaining at Everton and now coached by Italian Carlo Ancelotti, the Brazil international is expected to play a big part in the former Chelsea manager’s plans.

And, his latest post via Twitter is likely to further enhance his reputation amongst Toffees fans.

Whilst we are unable to share Richarlison’s tweet due to some explicit language, you can read more here and here are some of the responses the player gained
