Aaron Lennon could join Burnley on loan before tonight’s deadline, despite an offer being rejected earlier in the week.

Lennon missed the end of last season due to mental health reasons, but fortunately, he has come back well and is ready to play football again.
With so many attacking players joining The Toffees this summer, Lennon will struggle for game-time and as such, he could be tempted to make the short journey to Burnley.

Lennon said in the summer that he wants to be playing regular football again. Championship side Birmingham, who are under the management of Lennon’s former manager at Spurs, Harry Redknapp are also interested in taking the former England winger.
Despite Everton “blocking” the loan move earlier this week, it seems like Burnley could get their man and Lennon might get his wish for first team football for this season.
