Many have criticised the team’s style of play after a frustrating second half of the season.

Allardyce remains under contract going into next season but it is yet to be seen whether or not he will be in charge at Goodison Park in August.

Paulo Fonseca and Marco Silva have been long-term targets for the Toffees and both are still heavily linked with the position.
