It looks as though Everton will not be able to recall Henry Onyekuru from his loan spell at RSC Anderlecht in January.
There have been reports in recent times suggesting that the Toffees will look to recall the promising Nigerian striker from his loan in Belgium, with them looking to add more firepower to the side in the mid-season transfer window.
However, as quoted by SoccerNet Nigeria, Anderlecht manager Hein Vanhaezebrouck has claimed that Onyekuru isn’t expected to return to Goodison Park.
As far as I know, he has no clause in this contract (that will release him to return to Everton), he always plays and in every match he shows why he plays.

I am very pleased with Onyekuru even though there are times he does not do what we ask him to do. He has been very positive and has a lot of talent.
The forward was signed from Eupen in the summer transfer window, as Everton fought off competition for the youngster’s signature. However, he was immediately sent out on loan to Belgian giants Anderlecht, and has impressed so far, netting on seven occasions.
Everton are in desperate need of more attacking inspiration, with the club currently sat dangerously low in 18th place. They are also without a permanent manager, as David Unsworth continues to take caretaker charge of proceedings.
