Looking back at just last month it is really quite interesting how apprehensive an awful lot of Everton’s fans were, specifically in reference to Everton’s back-line.
Yerry Mina was brought in to replace Kurt Zouma and although many predicted catastrophe, the Colombian continues to prove that he is a solid player who can keep improving.
He did so against Wolves in Everton’s most recent game. After struggling to compose himself against Aston Villa, the former Barcelona man found his way again when the Toffees hosted Wolves, where Mina was once again a defensive rock, with the two goals conceded nothing to do with him.
Several Everton fans took to Twitter after the game to once again heap praise on the 24-year old, who continues to show how valuable an asset he can be.
