Bournemouth are set to hand Ryan Fraser a new bumper contract worth around £100,000-a-week to stave off interest from Everton, as well as other interested clubs including Chelsea and Arsenal.
The Scotland international reportedly attracted the interest of a host of Premier League clubs in the summer, with Wolves also reportedly keen on signing the winger.

With the 25-year old out of contract next summer, Bournemouth are under pressure to get the forward to commit to a new deal, else they could lose him in January with the wide man free to sign a pre-contract agreement with foreign clubs.
According to a 90min exclusive, Bournemouth are prepared to offer the former Aberdeen man terms similar to that of Callum Wilson, with the England international also signing a much improved deal back in July.

While an offer of £100,000 would, you’d assume, be enough to keep Fraser at Dean Court, he did speak candidly about Arsenal’s interest earlier this summer. That suggests that at the very least that Fraser would consider departing, especially for a club that can boast European football.
There is a significant divide in the fan base over whether Everton should even pursue Fraser, and whether he would fit in at Goodison Park, but with transfer fees likely to be deflated due to the limited time on his contract, he would be a reliable Premier League proven option to increase squad depth.
It also remains to be seen whether clubs like Arsenal or Chelsea will attempt to do any business for the Scotsman. Chelsea are under a transfer embargo but they can still pay to sign Fraser, he just wouldn’t be able to officially register as a Chelsea player until the summer. Arsenal meanwhile shelled out a lot of money for Nicholas Pepe, and may not be keen to do so again to further strengthen a similar position.
As a betting man I’d say that Fraser will remain at Bournemouth for the foreseeable future, but saying that, I’m not a very good gambler, so what do I know?
