Everton midfielder Tom Davies is in optimistic mood ahead of his side’s crunch clash against Leicester City on Sunday, the Daily Mail reports.
The England Under-21 international is looking forward to what promises to be a difficult game for both sides, as Everton look to find their way out of the relegation zone.
We are focusing on Leicester and putting in a similar display (to the game against Chelsea). Hopefully we can pick up the result to match. If we can play like that again I’m sure we can do that.
David Unsworth is in line to take charge of the Toffees’ game at the King Power Stadium, with a permanent replacement for Ronald Koeman yet to be named.

Leicester, though, have found their new manager after sacking Craig Shakespeare in recent times. Claude Puel, formerly of Southampton, was named as the club’s new boss on Wednesday.
Davies was recalled to the Everton side in their 2-1 defeat to Chelsea in the Carabao Cup most recently, and will hope that he can be involved in the game against Leicester.
A win for Everton could see them move up to 13th.
