Fabian Delph has seemingly hit the ground running at Goodison Park, since he switched Manchester City for Everton this summer.
The England international was seen by many as a negative signing, or at the very least an underwhelming one, who was never going to be good enough to fill the shoes left behind by Idrissa Gueye.
However, following back to back starts against Lincoln City in the Carabao Cup and Wolves in the Premier League, the midfielder has caused many fans to reconsider their stance on the signing, with the two-time Premier League winner make his presence felt for the Toffees.
The 29-year old has seen the beginnings of a solid partnership form with Andre Gomes, and Everton fans will be hoping that the two continue to work well together.
Several Everton fans took to Twitter following the Blues’ win against Wolves on Sunday to celebrate the performances and impact Delph has had since he made his competitive debut during the midweek cup tie.
