Everton are reportedly interested in Hoffenheim striker Andrej Kramaric, but would he be the right man to bring to Goodison Park?
The Croatia international has interested a number of clubs this summer, with West Ham also said to be keen on the forward, and that is due to his impressive domestic form in the Bundesliga.
Formerly of Leicester City, Kramaric wasn’t given an opportunity to shine in the Premier League but he has since rebuilt his career in Germany, where he impressed with 17 goals in 30 Bundesliga appearances last season, being named Hoffenheim’s Player of the Year.
However, TMW report that the German club would be open to selling their star forward this summer if they receive the right price, and Tribal Football have linked Everton’s name to the story.

If these rumours are true as reported, then I think Kramaric would be a fantastic signing for Everton.
At 28-years old, the Croatian doesn’t exactly fit within Marcel Brands’ recruitment parameters. However, the consensus seems to be that the Blues need two forwards this summer, especially if Oumar Niasse leaves, and Kramaric could be the perfect pairing with another younger option.
Having scored 50 Bundesliga goals in three and a half seasons at the PreZero Arena, Kramaric has the goalscoring ability in a league that isn’t too dissimilar to the Premier League.
It all comes down to Hoffenheim’s asking price. With Kramaric having just turned 28 this month, he still has plenty of years left, but Everton will also know not to pay over the player’s value.
If the German club demand an acceptable amount for the Croatian, I think Everton should be all in for the striker.
