Everton defender wants loan move

Everton defender Brendan Galloway will look for another loan move away from Goodison this summer, the Liverpool Echo reports.

The 22-year-old spent last season on loan with then-Championship side Sunderland.

However Galloway failed to impress, making just 10 appearances for the North East club and not featuring at all in 2018 following the sacking of Sunderland’s manager Simon Grayson.

Galloway is deperate to kick-start his career and wants another loan move this summer in order to ensure that he gets some regular playing time under his belt.

Galloway, an England youth international, still has two years remaining on his contract with Everton but has not featured at all for the toffees since January 2016.

The young defender also spent the 2016/17 season out on loan at West Brom, however he failed to impress at The Hawthorns too and made just five appearances for the Baggies.
