According to the Mirror, Everton are interested in making loan swoops for two Chelsea players before the start of the season.
Firstly, Ruben Loftus-Cheek has attracted the interest of Marco Silva, and a switch to Goodison Park could be on the cards for the midfielder.
Loftus Cheek was superb for England this summer at the FIFA World Cup in Russia, appearing four times despite being labelled as a “surprise inclusion” to Gareth Southgate’s 23-man squad.

The midfielder spent the duration of last season on loan at Crystal Palace where he appeared 24 times. He was a key element in keeping Roy Hodgson’s side up and it is now believed he has attracted the interest of some of England’s top clubs, including Everton.
Everton have also shown an interest in bringing in Michy Batshuayi on loan before the window closes on August 9th.
Batshuayi scored nine goals in 14 appearances for Borussia Dortmund after being signed on loan in January as a temporary replacement for the departed Pierre Emerick Aubameyang.
