Everton facing competition from Atletico and Dortmund for Hazard

Everton reportedly face competition from both Atletico Madrid and Borussia Dortmund in their chase for Borussia Monchegladbach winger Thorgan Hazard.

According to Sports Bild, via Calcio Mercato, the brother of Chelsea’s Eden Hazard has decided not to renew his contract at the Bundesliga side, and is likely to leave for new pastures.

The Toffees have an interest in the Belgian, but would face strong competition for giants Atletico and Dortmund if they want to bring the midfielder to Goodison Park.

Hazard plays on the wing, just like his brother, and has had a great season so far in Germany. Thorgan has notched over 11 goals and 6 assists in 14 games.

However, Atletico have struggled with new signing Thomas Lemar, so Hazard could be an appealing option to bring in competition for the Frenchman.

According to AS, the Frenchman is on the radar of several Italian sides, meaning that Atletico could move for Hazard soon.
