Everton fans react after Theo Walcott hands Toffees late winner against Watford

Everton secured all three points despite being 2-0 down in the first half against Watford thanks to a late Theo Walcott winner.

The Toffees had their veteran winger to thank after Walcott fired home late-on on to secure a big win for Carlo Ancelotti’s side away from home.

Watford secured a 2-0 lead early on thanks to Adam Masina and Ricardo Pereyra, before two Yerry Mina goals just before half-time levelled the scores.

It looked like both sides would be heading home with a point, not long after Fabian Delph was sent off for a second bookable offence before Walcott gave Everton the win.

The win keeps Everton in the hunt for the European spots, whilst it hugely damages the Hornets chances of survival in the top flight.

Several Everton fans took to Twitter to voice their jubilation with the win at full-time, with many being shocked that Everton were able to put in such a performance.
