Oscar Mingueza is a starting right back at Celta de Vigo, and Everton reportedly have the defender on their shortlist, according to TEAMtalk.
The 27-year-old has proven his ability to play on the right of the defence, but he has also been a utility player for Celta and slotted across the back line, as well as on the wings.

Mingueza has been a key man in both La Liga and the Europa League and helped his side reach the quarter finals of the competition.
The defender started his career at Barcelona as a product of the iconic La Masia, and appeared for the Catalan outfit between 2020 and 2022.
He then moved to Vigo at the start of the 2022-23 campaign, where he has since settled as a starting player.
The Toffees are admirers of the right back but will face competition to sign him, with Arsenal, Manchester City, Aston Villa and Newcastle United interested in the Spaniard.

After an impressive European campaign, Celta are currently sixth in La Liga and are likely to return to the Europa League.
So if the 27-year-old does want to leave Vigo, he will want to remain playing in a European competition, which is something he will not get at Hill Dickinson Stadium.
Everton were still able to attract impressive talent in the last summer window, without the promise of playing in Europe, but Moyes has detailed that it is more difficult to attract players when you are not appearing on the continental stage.
But the link with Mingueza highlights that Moyes will be bringing new full backs to Hill Dickinson Stadium this summer.
