The Toffees are hoping to build on an impressive season that has seen them push for European football.
After adding quality such as Jack Grealish and Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall in last summer’s window, David Moyes will look to repeat his efforts and continue the Blues’ rebuild.
The Scotsman has been promised sufficient funds to add the players he needs, but he will also need to find bargains, like the Chilean star they have reportedly made contact over.
Everton are considering €20 million winger
Dario Osorio has been one of FC Midtjylland’s star men since joining from Universidad de Chile in 2022.
Everton are very keen on bringing the winger to Hill Dickinson Stadium and have made contact with the Danish club in an effort to sign him, according to Ben Jacobs.

The 22-year-old has featured heavily in the league and Midtjylland’s Europa League campaign, where they went out at the hands of the Toffees’ Premier League rivals, Nottingham Forest.
Osorio has also broken into the Chilean national team, where he has gained 23 caps for his country, and scored two goals in matches against France and Peru.
Although known for his attacking output, the winger has an aggressive element to his game, highlighted by the fact that he has picked up 11 yellow cards this season.
Signings like Dario Osorio will be needed
Everton will be able to spend big in this window, but they will need to be selective in who they spend big money on.
They are not in a position to be throwing around £50 million on each player, and resources will need to be allocated efficiently.
With Osorio being available for a relatively low fee, this is the type of deal Moyes should be exploring, particularly if he is hoping to add another winger to his squad.
The Toffees are already blessed with Iliman Ndiaye and the prospect of Jack Grealish returning for another year, so the wings are not an area they need an immediate boost of quality in.
Yet there is nothing wrong with Moyes wanting to strengthen depth in this area, and Osorio could be the perfect man to fulfill this remit.
