Everton are planning on conducting a behind-closed-doors friendly in a bid to bring a few members of the squad up to match fitness, according to Liverpool Echo.
Some of the new signings need match conditions to be brought up to speed, and the Blues are looking to organise a game at USM Finch Farm in order to help speed that process along.
Fabian Delph could benefit from a friendly as he looks to get back to match sharpness following a pre-season knock, while Djibril Sidibe has not yet been named in a match-day squad.

Moise Kean may also benefit too, with Marco Silva claiming last week that he needs to be handled with care in the beginning. The Italian has made two Premier League appearances off the bench already, particularly impressing in the second cameo against Watford.
Speaking about the opportunity, Silva explained that it would be important to help those players along. The Portuguese manager said:
It is possible we have to do something. I am trying to do something.
It is important we give a different type of work for some of them.

This can only be a positive thing for those players currently on the fringes, waiting for their opportunity to come into the fold. JP Gbamin was thrown in at the deep end through circumstance, but the other new signings will need time to adjust.
If a behind-closed-doors game can help us see more of Moise Kean, Alex Iwobi and Fabian Delph at a quicker rate, as well help bring Djibril Sidibe into the group too, then I’m all for it.
