As the season draws to a close it is time to reflect on what was and what could have been for the Toffees.
A poor Christmas period in which Everton only won four of 15 league games between December and March hampered what would have been an otherwise impressive season as Everton slumped to a disappointing eighth-place finish.
However, a solid run in including draws with Liverpool and Tottenham as well as wins over Manchester United, Arsenal and Chelsea have set the Blues back on track for next season as they once again look to break into the European qualification spots.
But for now, let’s look back on the last nine months of football and rate each Everton players performance in the 2018/19 campaign.
This will only consist of players who have made at least 10 appearances across all competitions. So there’s no room for the likes of Leighton Baines and Phil Jagielka who made eight and seven appearances respectively.
