The Blues have reportedly already submitted a bid amounting to €24 million, as they look to bring the Colombian to Goodison Park.

There are reports that Barcelona could put a purchase clause in the deal for Mina, meaning they could sign the player back if he potentially does well at Everton like they did with Gerard Deufofeu.

Next week meetings are set to take place to decide the future of Mina, with Fenerbache and Borussia Dortmund also looking to sign the Colombian.
