Porto forward Yacine Brahimi is reportedly ‘shaking’ things up at the club with his future in doubt, giving Everton hope of concluding a deal.
The Toffees have been linked with the Algerian forward in the past, but have never yet been able to get a deal over the line.
With the 28-year old out of contract in the summer, a number of clubs are reportedly eyeing up a January move, including Fenerbahçe and Italian duo Roma and Milan.

However, Porto president Pinto da Costa isn’t interested in selling their star forward, with the Portuguese club demanding his €40million release clause be met if he is to leave in January.
And according to Correio da Manhã, as reported by Sport Witness, Everton could look to pursue a pre-contract agreement next month, with Brahimi interested in a move to the Premier League.
Everton are likely to pursue offensive reinforcements in January, so Brahimi could be a smart acquisition to either help toward the end of season push, or to bolster the squad depth ahead of the next campaign.
