It’s that time of year again!
Competitive football returns to Goodison Park again this Thursday, with Everton facing off against Slovakian side Ružomberok in the Blues’ first Europa League qualifier.
Ahead of the game, Ronald Koeman met with the media to discuss the opposition, as well as indicating his intention to bring in three new signings, one of which being cover at centre-back for the injured Ramiro Funes Mori.
With Funes Mori out for the season most likely, and youngsters Tyias Browning, Brendan Galloway and Matthew Pennington all loaned out for the upcoming campaign, the Blues need another addition.
With just a couple of weeks to go until the start of the Premier League season, who could Everton realistically (or not) get to fill that hole in the squad?
