Fans rank Everton’s top five performers against Man United

Everton took another huge step towards European qualification on Sunday as they continued their fine run of home form to thrash and outclass Manchester United 4-0 at Goodison Park.

The visitors were woeful as goals from Richarlison and Gylfi Sigurdsson put Everton in control before the break before Lucas Digne and Theo Walcott piled on the misery in the second half.

Since drawing 0-0 against Liverpool in the Merseyside derby, both Arsenal and Chelsea have also gone to Goodison and been beaten 1-0 and 2-0 respectively, but the Toffees performance was on another level this weekend.

Marco Silva’s side now sit in seventh, the final Europa League qualifying spot, in their quest to be the ‘best of the rest’, although the winner of Watford vs Wolverhampton Wanderers will go above the Toffees.

After full-time, we asked Everton fans to vote for their top performers by using our duel-style selector. It’s time to find out who you choose as Man of the Match.

matchday.
