Former AC Milan defender Daniele Daino has encouraged his former club to pursue a swap deal with Everton involving Moise Kean and Krzysztof Piatek.
We reported on the story on Tuesday that Mino Raiola had plans to prepare a deal that would see Kean and Piatek swap clubs, with both struggling for form this season.
Kean has failed to score for Everton in 11 appearances since signing from Juventus for £27million in the summer, while Piatek has failed to rediscover his impressive goalscoring form of last season.

There have also been a large number of reports in the Italian media linking Kean with a return to Serie A, while the player’s estranged father has also claimed that he would like to see the Italy international back in the Italian top flight.
Speaking to Tuttomercatoweb (via HITC), Daino claimed that Kean would fit in with the Rossoneri, suggesting the club pursue their reported interest in the 19-year old. Talking about Piatek, Daino said:
The Pole is going through a difficult time. He is a distant relative of the player seen at Genoa and the one who arrived at Milan. They no longer recognise each other, he finds it difficult to score goals.
There could be a swap. Kean is a player who has proven himself in Italy. He has great speed, and the characteristics to fit in at Milan.

As much as I think that Piatek could be a good signing for Everton, any signing shouldn’t be at the expensive of Moise Kean.
So much was made of how promising and talented Kean was in the summer, and how much of a steal it was that Everton were able to land a player of his quality, that selling him or letting him leave would simply be unacceptable.
Everton need to have faith and ride out the storm, because Kean will eventually come good.
