Four Findings: Crystal Palace 0-0 Everton

Everton are on a roll after humiliating Manchester United 4-0 last match, but can they keep up the momentum and finish the season strong? Finishing 7th is the goal. It also would propel Everton into the Europa League.

Going down to London to face Crystal Palace was going to be a difficult match. Playing solid defence and with the likes of Benteke and Zaha leading the line, Everton had to come out strong.

Everton dominated the first half of the match but controlling most of the possession and creating some great chances as well. Play in the final third just wasn’t there, however.

The second half provided much of the same. Some fluid movement but stagnant in the final third. Inconsistency this season prevented Everton from gaining more points. Hopefully, next season will be different.

But let’s take a look at 4 findings from the Crystal Palace vs Everton match.
