Four Findings: Fulham 2-0 Everton

Everton that. Coming into this match with 3 clean sheets in a row against Chelsea, West Ham and Arsenal… you’d expect Everton to continue their solid form. But Everton laid an egg. With Wolves and Leicester losing, Everton had a chance to secure 7th place.

Fulham, on the other hand, lost 9 consecutive matches and only kept 2 clean sheets all season. This should have been an easy match for Everton.

Everton just had no answers to Fulham. They could not break Fulham down on the attack and looked sluggish on defense.

This tends to be the case with Everton. They struggle to defeat the middle and bottom tier clubs while putting up a fight against the top. Everton needs more consistency moving forward. Marco Silva and Everton need to learn from this defeat and not let it happen next season if they want to challenge for a spot in the Top 6.

Lets take a look at 4 findings from the Fulham and Everton match.
