Gbamin injury longer than expected – Fan Reactions

Several Everton fans have reacted online to the news about JP Gbamin’s recent injury concerns.

The Ivorian midfielder missed last Friday’s game against Aston Villa, and speculation online had suggested that it was due to an injury, which could see him out of action for four to six weeks.

However the news was confirmed on Sunday evening by a host of journalists online, including trusted Everton source Paul Joyce, who claimed that the 23-year old’s injury was worse than first feared.

The £25million summer signing could be stuck on the sidelines for up to 12 weeks, having suffered a thigh injury which will now require further tests.

With Fabian Delph still injured, and both Andre Gomes and Morgan Schneiderlin having underperformed at Villa Park last week, a number of Everton fans took to Twitter to react to the disappointing news.
