Juventus reject Everton’s bid for Moise Kean – should the Blues bid again?

Juventus have rejected a bid from Everton for Moise Kean, according to La Gazzetta dello Sport’s Nicolo Schira, so should the Blues bid again?

According to the report, The Toffees made a bid of €30m for the Italian international but that was turned away by the Serie A champions.

It looks like Marco Silva wants to bring in a new striker as neither Cenk Tosun or Dominic Calvert-Lewin have scored enough goals to justify being the Blues’ main forward.

Juventus are happy to keep Kean but they’ve got plenty of attacking options and as such, they could sell the 19-year-old for the right price.

Quite what that price would be is unclear but Everton are desperate to find themselves a reliable goalscoring striker; they’ve been searching for one for a number of seasons.

However, Kean is still a very young player and is still a bit raw, so is he worth paying more than €30m for?

In a market where teenagers can be sold for upwards of €80m, it could be worth Everton taking the risk on Kean because if he pays off, they could get themselves a relative bargain.
