Kenny set to keep his place against Arsenal

Young Everton defender Jonjoe Kenny is expected to keep his place in the Everton side this weekend.

The Daily Mail reports that Seamus Coleman is yet to return to training, all-but confirming Kenny will start against Arsenal.

The young defender was brought into the team to replace the injured right-back and did well against West Ham.

Marco Silva’s men travel to the Emirates on Sunday afternoon as they look to bounce back from last week’s heavy defeat to the Hammers.

The Everton boss is also likely to have Yerry Mina available to be called upon, with defender being tipped to make his debut after joining from Barcelona over the summer.

Richarlison is also expected to return to the starting XI as he completes his suspension, in what could be a new-look Everton side.

Everton will be on the hunt for only their second victory of the new season at the Emirates.

matchday.
