Everton offer midfielder to Turkish giants

Everton have offered midfielder Davvy Klaassen on loan to Turkish giants Besiktas.

According to Fanatik, via HITC, Everton have asked Besiktas if they would like to take Klaassen on loan for next season.

Klaassen joined Everton from Ajax for a fee in the region of £25m last summer but has failed to live up to the price tag thus far.

The Dutchman found himself out of the team for the majority of the season and out of favour under Sam Allardyce.

The 25-year-old could be interested in the move to reinvigorate his career in Turkey.

Everton look set to appoint Marco Silva later this week, although it looks as though he will not have Klaassen in his squad by the time he takes over.
