Everton manager Ronald Koeman has confirmed that his side are looking to make a move for Manchester United outcast Memphis Depay in January, Sky Sports have reported.
Koeman is a keen admirer of his compatriot Depay and looked to sign him for Southampton during his tenure as their manager, but it now looks as though he’ll go back in for the Netherlands international when the winter transfer window opens.

Depay was a £25 million signing for Manchester United and despite showing promising signs at the very beginning of his career at Old Trafford, he’s not lived up to his excellent potential.
The young winger is in need of first-team football, given that he just isn’t in the picture at United under Jose Mourinho.
With Koeman showing interest and knowing how good Depay can be when in full confidence and form, he could be a top signing for The Toffees in January.
