Manchester United have joined the race for Everton reported summer target Boubakary Soumare, according to reports.
The 20-year old midfielder was rumoured to have piqued the interest of the Toffees in the summer, according to RMC Sport, who claimed that Juventus were also keen while Wolves had a sizeable offer rejected.
Now, according to ESPN, United are also interested in the France youth international, as well as Lyon forward and another Everton target Moussa Demebele.

The report claims that United have watched Soumare for some time now and are finally ready to kick off proceedings in order to beat the rush.
Soumare impressed for Lille during their Champions League draw with Valencia, and the Red Devils want to snap him up before interest picks up much more, with the club seeing him as an heir to Paul Pogba
Rated around €40million, Everton will face heavy competition if they do decide to reignite interest in January, with the Toffees needing to sign further midfield recruits in the winter window.

Soumare has looked good for Lille so far this season, demonstrating his impressive physicality and technical ability.
The Ligue 1 outfit have a business strategy that sees them sell their best asset every summer, and Soumare’s form could see him move on from the club at the end of the season.
With Everton needing midfield reinforcements, Soumare could be an option and he would certainly fit in the Marcel Brands recruitment mould. However, his price tag may force the Blues to look elsewhere, with a centre-back a high priority for the club.
