Several Everton fans have taken to Twitter to react to Romelu Lukaku’s recent interview in which he opens up more about his Everton departure.
We reported the story earlier today regarding exactly what Lukaku had to say about his former club, and we’d suggest reading that article first.
To summarise though, Lukaku spoke at length about his Everton exit, claiming he was in discussions with Chelsea for over two years about making a return, while going on to say that he was never planning on staying with Everton before he signed for Manchester United.
As anticipated, a number of Everton fans have taken to Twitter to vent their anger and frustrations regarding the Belgian’s comments.
