The man signed from Manchester City bossed the midfield as he managed to limit the likes of Ruben Neves and Leander Dendoncker for Wolves to scraps.

Delph was all over the pitch, winning the ball back and demanding passes from his teammates to put Everton on the front foot and start attacks from midfield.

During the game, Delph made four tackles, three interceptions and two clearances, emphasising how important he was for Everton both in attack and defence. Stats from WhoScored.
