Tottenham are set to miss key duo during their game against Everton on Sunday, it has been revealed.
Both Jan Vertonghen and Erik Lamela are likely to miss the game at Goodison Park, while Hugo Lloris and Danny Rose will be out with a long-term injury and a suspension respectively.
Spurs have struggled for consistency this season, as have Everton, and both club’s fans will see Sunday’s game as a big opportunity for their respective side to get their season back on track.

The Toffees will be missing JP Gbamin through long-term injury and will likely see Yerry Mina miss the game too through a small knee issue, but Spurs are losing significantly more key players.
Marco Silva will be buoyed by the news, as it will only have increased the club’s chances of beating Mauricio Pochettino’s men.
Many Spurs fans have been reacting to the team news online, with a number of supporters particularly down-trodden by Lamela’s exclusion.

Read Everton Verdict
With every injury issue Spurs have, the job gets easier for Everton, in theory.
Tottenham are a great side with solid squad depth, but Silva should take hope from the fact that the club’s poor form, partnered with their injury issues, gives Everton an even great chance at success.
If Everton perform as we’ve seen they can in recent weeks, then the Toffees should feel mightily confident going into this game.
