Frankfurt rival Everton for Brahimi signature

Eintracht Frankfurt are reportedly interested in Everton target and Porto forward Yacine Brahimi.

The 28-year old winger has long been linked with a move to Merseyside, and those links have cropped back up in recent weeks.

The Algeria international is out of contract in the summer, and the Toffees are said to be interested in doing a cut price deal this month, however new reports suggest that Frankfurt are also very keen on doing a deal.

Calciomercato claim that Frankfurt “like” Brahimi, which could prove problematic in Everton’s plight to land the winger.

Frankfurt, who are sixth in the Bundesliga, would likely offer Brahimi a better guarantee over game time, which could convince the forward to move to Germany over England.
