The Toffees face Newcastle for the second time in five days when the sides meet at St James’ Park in the Premier League on Monday night.

How to watch Newcastle v Everton

The game forms part of Sky Sports’ Monday Night Football coverage in the UK, with the build-up beginning at 6.30pm ahead of the 8pm kick-off. Sky subscribers can also watch through Sky Go, while the broadcaster’s channels are available without a long-term subscription through NOW.

In the United States, NBC’s Premier League coverage begins on USA Network at 2pm ET, an hour before kick-off, with Goal Zone following the match.

Everton and Newcastle meet again

There will be little need for introductions after the sides met in the Carabao Cup last night. Garner opened the scoring before Hackney doubled Everton’s advantage shortly before half-time. Newcastle applied pressure after the break, but Barry added a third before Dan Burn’s late consolation.

The 3-1 victory sent Everton through to a quarter-final away at Fleetwood Town and responded to league defeats against Chelsea and Arsenal. Monday offers an immediate chance to build on that performance, although, of course, Newcastle will have home advantage as they look for a different outcome at St James’ Park.
